Finally, my new shop is done! It is not big just about 215 sqf but compare with my last shop it is twice the size. I have bought some new equipment which you can see on the photo. Two pretty new Pfaff nedle feed machines and one very old USM inseaming machine. There are still some stuff to do inside the shop. The carpenter will make me a work bench and some shelves. I will send a photo of the rest of the shop later.

Tex,
Tack för lyckönskningen! I have not seen any little people around here, I have to hire a carpenter and work hard my self. You are welcome anytime.

Brian,
Thank's! It would be nice to see your shop. Are we passing by Abilene during our way towards Coleman?

Janne,
Nice shop, looks like it is out in the country, looks like a red barn behind you in the distance.
You'll enjoy it being twice the size of your old work place.

Dough,
Thank's! You are right, there is a red barn behind the shop. I'm surrounded by cattle and horses here out on the country side. I'm already enjoying the extra sqf. it makes a difference.

Janne,
I like the looks of your shop. What kind of heat system do you have. Is it made with lumber from your own trees? What kind of wood in the door and siding? Sure is a pretty door.

Dick,
Thank's for the kind words. The heat system will be a mix of electricity and an iron stove. It is not made from our own trees since we only have broad-leaved trees on our land. It is all made of pine tree including the door.

Carrlyn & Lee,
Thank you, glad to hear you like it. I hope you could make it to Sweden. It would be nice to see you guys as guest here someday.

Whew!
I'm back looking at all my e-mail.
Janne, cool shop. Has building materials gone up as fast as they have in the US? It looks as if it is built well. It looks very sturdy.

I will tell the carpenter you think it looks well built, it will make him happy! I think it is about the same here, the price for building materials have increased as everything else. The construction have to be sturdy and very well insulated because it have to carry the weight of the snow and keep warm from the cold.

Janne,
Very interesting even though I don't polyvou Fransk. Looks like you were having some nice weather too. I can see why my ggrandfather left there. Not only do you have to milk the cows you have to make cheese! Do you still have plans to relocate to Stockholm?....TR

Howdy Janne,

What a great video about your home/town.
No French spoken here either, except "French Bread."
Did I see your family to if so what scenes?
Looking forward to your first Action movie!

Janne

No way am I coming to visit in winter. I am sitting on the bank of a river in South Australia, swimming, and certainly not wearing a lot of clothes. I don't know how you do it. Nice workshop though.

Thank you guys for your comments!

Tex,
yes we still have plans to move down south to Stockholm. Maria's job will close in the end of March but will not move until we have found a nice home where it also will be place for a shop.

Brian,
my familly was at work and school the day they where here so it is our neighbors you see in the video.

Tim,
the weather in the video was not that bad, the last two weeks we have had about the same wind another half meter snow and about 25 F below zero!

I like the winter and one thing I am concerned about when moving to Stockholm is that down there the winter is not the same as here. Most of the time the thaw set in. However, I wouldn't mind swimming in Australia :-)

Armando,
glad you liked the video

Janne,

We didn't understand a word of the video, but the scenery was beautiful and your shop looked warm. We'll have to visit you one day, but it will definitely be in the summer :-) We enjoyed watching the video.
