Very nice bunch.
I especially like the pair with the Fluer-de-Lis "overstitch", that you made for the old bootmaker. Did you put a layer of crepe in his heel bases?

Paul and Tex -- Are you talking about crepe as a heel cap, or in the stack? In the stack is an interesting idea. Have you tried it? Seems it might make a comfortable walking boot --

The boots have a complete stacked crepe heel w/cemented on rubber cap. That is all I wear on my boots. It makes a very light boot and walks very easy. I don't do them for customers but would if they wanted. I have even used crepe for the heel caps and it works well...TR
